Pick which clash tests to read from the Clash Detective.
Steps run top to bottom inside each clash test.
Problems a clash test can't find. Findings land in the Clashes list under Checks — group, promote and track them like clashes; a re-run marks the ones that are gone as resolved.
Clashes still found, per pair of categories (darker = more). Click a cell to group or filter them.
Highest precedence first. In a clash, the side lower on this list is the one that moves; a category not on the list gives way to every listed one. Grouping can then split by "Who moves".
Map each source model file to the discipline that owns it. A promoted clash is assigned to the lower-ranked discipline of its two elements (order your disciplines by responsibility in Settings — top = fixed, bottom = most movable). Category text is the fallback when a model isn't mapped.
A daily server-side sweep alerts you when cloud models in the project haven't been published within the threshold. Alerts go to the emails and/or Teams channel below.
Pick a PDF that has been marked up in Bluebeam (or Acrobat). Each markup becomes an issue with its comment, replies, status and a picture of the markup. The PDF is read on this computer — it isn't uploaded.
Each page is matched to a sheet in the open model so the issue opens there. Check any the matcher couldn't place.
Bring issues across from Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / BIM 360) into the current AECOtrack project — comments, attachments and element links included. Re-importing skips issues already brought across.
An A4 report: a summary cover page (totals + charts) then two issues per page. Leave a filter group with everything (or nothing) ticked to include all.
One or more selected elements are already covered by an active issue. Review before raising a duplicate.
· named #001 - Description
For elements in a model you link but don't own. Tab-select them in Revit, pick what should change, and the model's owner applies it after a check, in one undo step. Values are read in this project's units.
Tab-select one element in the linked model as the template ("another one like this"), pick its type, then place them where they should go. The model's owner places them for real after a check.
Day to day, Sync in the header pushes this model straight to AECOtwin. Use this only when you
need the .frag file itself on disk — for a manual upload, archiving, or sending it elsewhere.
Found a bug or need a hand with AECOtrack? Send it to the AECOtech support team — it's logged as a tracked issue (with your app version, host and a screenshot) so we can follow it up.
Turn the markups in a Bluebeam-reviewed PDF into issues in this project — the comment, replies, status and author come across, with a picture of each markup. In Revit, each issue also opens the sheet at the markup. Re-importing the same PDF skips markups already brought across.
Migrate issues from Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / BIM 360) into this project. Connect your Autodesk account once, then pick an ACC project and the issues to bring across — comments, attachments and element links come too.
Watches ACC projects server-side under your Autodesk connection: a daily sweep emails/Teams-alerts you about cloud models that haven't been published in N days, and can also ping you the moment a model is published. Free Autodesk APIs only.
Discipline tags for this project. Code is the short badge label. Order = clash precedence (most-fixed first, e.g. Structure → Architectural → Mechanical): an unassigned clash is flagged with the lowest-precedence side, i.e. the one expected to move. Use ▲▼ to reorder. Shared with AECOtwin and Navisworks.
Assigning an issue to a group shows it in every member's "assigned to me" filter.
Admin: full control + delete + settings. Manager: assign, priority, dates, close, archive. User: create, assign, status (not close), comment. Viewer: read-only. Unlisted users default to User.

This goes to the AECOtech support team as a tracked AECOtrack issue. Your app build, host and (optionally) a screenshot of the current view are attached automatically.
